Roger has held senior and executive positions at IDG, Cloud Expo, TIBCO Software, Altoros, and the Cloud Foundry Foundation. He founded the Tau Institute in 2011 and Tau Global Research in 2021. He holds a BA from Knox College, Certificate in Technical Writing from UC-Berkeley, conducted MBA studies at Cal State-Hayward, and is currently pursuing graduate studies in History at Northern Illinois University. He's based in the Chicago area.

Sandy addresses Board-level issues, company strategy, and Gordian knots. She attended Columbia University and was an analyst and whiz kid on Wall Street early in her career,. She is now taking a small number of selected startups from birth to maturity. She's based in the NYC area.

Bruce's long and distinguished career in the technology industry includes time with IDG Canada, the founding of Knowledge Management Magazine, and a long stint with the Uptime Institute and 451 Research. He's also served as Executive VP of North America for Datacenter Dynamics. Today, he is co-founder of the Smart Nations Foundation and creator the Climate 4.0 project. Bruce is based in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
